Chris has been a small animal practitioner for over 20 years. His special interests include Dermatology and Dentistry having completed a 1 year post graduate course in Dermatology and numerous post graduate Dentistry seminars.

For 15 years Chris was the radio vet for station 2HD on their popular Tuesday afternoon 'Pet Talk' program.

Chris's personal interests revolve around sport and he has a graduate diploma in exercise and sport science.
Rugby Union is his passion having been a player for 34 years, although he is now retired and concentrates on coaching junior sides. He captained the Newcastle representative side for 3 years and played for NSW Country against the touring Italian and Argentinean sides in 1986. He also has competed regularly in triathlons since the sports infancy in the early eighties and when time allows plays golf, tennis and rows surf boats or still water sculls.
