When you visit our clinic with your pet for a consultation appointment you will be greeted by one of our friendly receptionists.
They may then ask you to take a seat with your pet in our comfortable reception area prior to seeing the veterinarian.
As soon as one of our three consultation rooms become available Amanda, Chloe or Georgah will show you and your pet through to the available room ready for your consultation.
It is our aim to ensure all clients and patients that visit our clinic feel welcome and comfortable.
To ensure our reception area and consultation rooms are safe and welcoming for all clients and patients, we do ask that all dogs are placed on a lead and collar and all cats are in secure carry baskets.
Our consultation rooms are a secure and quiet place where you and your pet can relax in private while waiting for one of our caring veterinarians.
As a part of your pet’s consultation, one of our veterinarians will perform a full physical health examination.
They will provide advice on preventative health care and ensure your pets health is addressed from all aspects including nutrition, worming, heartworm, vaccinations, oral hygiene, behaviour and flea and tick prevention.
They will also offer information on diagnostic tests and treatment plans for any medical or surgical procedure
